I am getting nagged by the system to 'Get Premium'

I had arranged with Zoran to sign me up in advance for another year at the favourable rate advertised at that time. Perhaps Zoran forgot or it just didn’t get programmed into the system. Zoran’s confirmation to me that this would happen was dated Jan 12, 2022. Please release my account so that I can keep studying.

I found a message in my spam folder that was the reason fo the problem. I have updated my billing information but I guess it takes time to work through the system. I realise now that Zoran did all he said he would do. Thanks in advance for whatever help can be given to fix this.
