I already paid for Basic membership but can not use it

Basic membership for the period from Sunday, May 12, 2013 01:52PM to Wednesday, June 12, 2013 01:52PM
I paid $10 and have been using the services from May 12 till May 23, not it’s offering me basic membership again and i can’t use the program. What should I do?

@Oleg834912 - Sorry about that! I checked into your account and it looks like there was an issue a couple of weeks ago when you tried to switch your Basic membership to Plus. The additional payment was unsuccessful for some reason, so your account was downgraded. I have now restored your Basic membership and you will have access until the end of your billing period, whereupon your account will be downgraded back to Free. Be sure to let us know if you have any additional questions!
