How do I restrict the search feature to not search youtube?
Because we cannot import very much from youtube now, so I want to watch stuff that is already imported, but the search results are filled up with stuff that is not imported, it seems.

That’s not possible at the moment, I am afraid. We’ll see if we can do something about it in the future.
Ok, hm… Then how do I find content that I can watch?
I’m not sure I understand what I can do.
I thought you said it is expensive for you when we import stuff.
So it would help you all save money if you could give us a way to find the on-site content, right?
Are you saying that you are unable to find a lesson that doesn’t require importing from YouTube?
I do not know how to find one.
I type in a search sentence, and I get a bunch of results, but when I click on them, I find they are not in lingq and require importing.
How do I search to find ones THAT ACTUALLY ARE in lingq?
Hi Zorbital,
You should be able to filter for Internal lessons by clicking that option on the right side of the search page.
These lessons don’t require any importing on your part.
North
I have a related question.
When I select “My Imports,” the lessons I imported from YouTube don’t appear. Is that expected behavior?
I usually import various YouTube videos while watching them, then open the lessons in LingQ later when I have time. But if I don’t study them right away, they get buried under newer lessons, and it’s quite hard to find them again. Is there an easier way to locate those imported lessons?
Also, since the lessons are shown in the order of last opened, I sometimes hesitate to open multiple lessons just to check them out, because they might push other lessons down and make them harder to find later.
Oh, thank you–that is exactly what I wanted.
Hello North, Thanks so much, this is definitely something that I was looking for as well. I feel like it would be massive benefit if new members would be shown this right away when they first create their account! Thanks once more
nsprung,
Please would you tell me, where are found these buttons?
I haven’t these buttons.
thanks
@aslemon301 If you know the name of the course you imported those YouTube lessons into, you can search by course for it and then see the lessons.
You could also sort lessons in Continue Studying by Newest to Oldest, and scroll down until you see the lessons you want.
@milmos You can find the buttons in the Search page, which you can access from the main Library page by clicking the search button (circle in red in this image)
There, on the right-hand side, you should see a My Imports button under “Content Type”.
Oh! now I discovered this option.
Thank you very much
