Yes, I Know that there is already a topic in Help about this (upgrading again, earning the points and downgrading), but it doen’t work, because I don’t have anymore a link for upgrading, only for downgrading; and I can’t do this anyway, because my paymente method has been for six months and by PayPal.
What points do you mean? The 500 points gift? In that case you should have entered the coupon code UPSAVE500.
If you mean the points that you get each month, I guess you just have to wait a bit longer, but I’m not sure about that.
