Looks like it’s not!
But that’s my personal viewpoint, anyways! Waaaay to simplified and primitive approach to such a purely formalized issue as language acquiring ! =)))
Notice, I never call it ‘learning’ ! As it is possible to ‘cram up’ whatever you want, however, it has nothing to do with any legit acquiring!
