If it’s something I should know but don’t, then I linq it. E.g., if I didn’t know that Varshava (Варшава) is Russian for Warsaw, or that Litva (Литва) is Lithuania, then I would make a lingq. If it’s either obvious or insignificant, then I wouldn’t. Names of people I won’t linq. Significant places and important acronyms I will. I.e., things I should know but don’t.
NO not really it takes about 45 minutes… it is not intensive reading but extensive so the point is to hit the words and go…passive vocab is activated better with listening and subtitles at least my experience says so!!
