Hi, I can’t see the Library, Playlist, and Vocabulary options at the top left. The ‘import’ button after writing the text that used to be at the top right and the ‘green progress bar’ of each lesson on the top are also missing. It seems like the entire top section is not visible.
Can you give it another look now? Everything seems in order on my end. Please let me know if you still have the same problem.
Thank you for resolving the previous issue. Everything appears to be in order on my desktop, but when I accessed LingQ on my laptop for the first time today, the same issue occurred again.
Do I need to contact you for help every time I log in from a different device, or is there a setting or solution I can try on my own to prevent this from happening? I appreciate your assistance.
@minams the issue isn’t on our end. We can’t reproduce it on any browser or device and nobody else complained about it. It must be something on your end. Are you using any blockers or any similar extensions in your browser that could be causing the problem?
