Highlighting lingq

I’m having a problem specifically with the japanese part of lingq. As we all know japanese is written without spaces, but on lingq it sometimes creates incorrect spaces. There are two types of ‘mess ups’ that link does
1: わかり ます
2: ので す
the first one I can fix by highlighting everything, but with the second one whenever I try to highlight only the です, the の always comes along and I cannot separate them, does anyone know how to fix this? I greatly appreciate it

btw: those are not real examples

Since Japanese naturally does not have spaces, we use an algorithm that automatically splits the words so that individual words can be saved. It is not possible to save half of a word through highlighting, but you can always open up the LingQ widget and click the pencil icon next to the term to edit the term.
