Gift Certificate and no email from support

Hi there,

I’m having a really hard time trying to reach lingq support and gain access to my subscription.

My partner purchased me a 12 month gift Certificate on the 23rd of December as a Christmas present. She has not received a email with a redemption code. Emailed support requesting this and hasn’t heard anything. PayPal advised to contact another email address. Tried that, to no avail.

If anyone has another option, other than filing a dispute with PayPal, that would be fantastic, as I love the platform!

Sorry to hear that. I actually sent out all the gift certificates. Can you ask her to check her spam folder?
