I’m looking for transcripts to spice up my content variation. I’m trying to find historical transcripts on German online, with audio, and cant seem to find any. Can anyone help me?

Du wirst sehr viel finden, meistens jedoch ohne Text.
Hier habe ich einen gefunden mit Text. (zum privat importieren!)
Nach ca. 4 Minuten" Blabla "beginnt der Sprecher den Text zu lesen.
Mit etwas Geduld wirst Du die Stelle finden.

Not much history in there, but there is some.
Here is a new one I have been using, RBB:

At the bottom of that post, there are a couple more related stories as well. All with transcript and audio and they are history related. There are more in the ‘Panorama’ section, but you have to find the ones with the little ‘speaker’ symbol next to them. Not organized very well.
Also, I can recommend the content on Deutsche Welle, the learning section. There is a lot of stuff there and all graded for your specific level. Look into the ‘Thema’ section for deeper stuff, some historical. Short pieces with transcript, vocab and audio. There is an archive as well going back to 2008:
