该 is short for 应该 which means “should”; 该换 means “should change”.

也许 你 该 换 份 工作 means “Perhaps you should change job”.

Thanks. I get that.
What confused me is that the definition of 该 换 is 改换【gǎihuàn】 change over to; change. A different character, same sound but pronouced with a different tone.
