For the first point, you can simply open up the .csv file and just delete the third column. This should take care of it
Regarding the [[“en”, "__]], this is there because hints can be saved in multiple languages on LingQ. The quickest way to get rid of this is to use the Find and Replace feature available in Excel, Numbers, etc. Just type in [[“en”, " as the term, then a blank for what you’d like to replace it with. Repeat the same for "]].
