Recently such error messages have showed up more frequently:
My internet connection works just fine. I have even tried different browsers - the error message was the same.

Are you doing anything specific on the site when that error message appear?
It’s been happening for me too, specifically when I use the Enter key to create a lingq. Creating it manually with the mouse has no problems.
It happens to me consistently when I press the ‘enter’ key to create a lingq (as ‘rhess’ has described). That had not been the case in the past.
