Every time I try to download a lesson I get an error message “There was an error opening this lesson. We have been notified and will investigate this issue. You will be redirected to the home page where you can try opening another lesson.” Unfortunately, this is happening on all lessons, on laptop and IPad and has been doing it for at least a week. Any ideas? Many thanks
Sorry to hear that. Can you provide a link to one of lessons you are unable to open? Are these your imported lessons or do you have the same problem with any lesson you try to open from the Library?
Thanks Zoran. Not sure how to provide a link? It’s only an issue with the lessons in the library, not my own imported ones. An example one is called Better Health but it occurs with them all in the library.
