The issue seems to be the same as the student who has a problem with Catalan mentions. The error message is the same.

Sorry; I just put up a fresh post reporting the problem, before seeing this post. At any rate, Bulgarian is not working for me either, though other languages (including other languages with Cyrillic scripts) seem to be unaffected.
I’m having the same issue with Serbian.
