Yesterday I was able to change the audio track of a youtube video with multiple dubs available. As of today that has disappeared (presumably because of changes by Youtube). Expanding to fullscreen does not change the available Youtube setting. This occurs in both mobile and desktop versions. The dub is defaulting to English. The video in question is:
