I have just noticed something. I edited a prior remark in the thread “that was uncalled for?”. I had originally responded to a question at 07:10 or something like that. The originator of the thread then asked me something else to which I replied at, say, 08:05. Afterwards I thought my first reply needed a bit more of an explanation, so I edited it .
The thread then jumped back down the line of threads to its 07:10 position.
This regressing down the timeline of threads may explain why I had the problem of the vanishing thread the other day. Editing took it right back down, off the page! Do I get the Sherlock-LingQ-Medal for this observation?
