I have not found information on how many points I can earn for publishing lessons.
Who knows or knows where to look?

There is no fixed amount of points per lesson. Rather points are earned based on usage. Points are redistributed from lapsed points. (Points are only valid for three months). So the amount varies each month.
If you check the monthly report of provider awards in your newsletter, or at LingQCentral, you can see how many points some of the most active providers have received. http://lingqcentral-en.lingq.com/provider-awards-may-2013
