I need to downgrade right now but will be back, I am just not using the features in LingQ and wont be for the next 3-4 months.
IS it possible for you to clear out my imports archives without me going through every single one and deleting? the system does not allow me to downgrade before this is done.
If you could clear out everything that will allow me to downgrade for now that will be great.
I am currently using the Assimil series for Spanish and have not been using LingQ for a while so want to downgrade for now, I love using the site and new updates to the site on my ipad but felt I needed more ‘tutoring’ before using the native material in LingQ! but will be back
@Tuquiero - No problem, I’ve now cleared out your imports
By the way, I think LingQ is actually a great platform for improving your vocabulary and listening comprehension which should in turn benefit you during conversations with other learners and native speakers. If you have any questions about the site feel free to ask! We hope to see you back soon
@tomasmartinez1 - You can downgrade at any time from the Account page (https://www.lingq.com/accounts/account/) by clicking on the “Downgrade” link underneath the Free membership. If you have any other questions be sure to let us know!
@tomasmartinez1 - I checked and it looks like you’re all good to go now. You should have received an email confirming your cancellation. Your account will remain upgraded until the end of your paid period, then you’ll be downgraded automatically. I can confirm that you will not be charged again.
