Downgrading Account

I’ve been trying to downgrade my account for 3 days now from Basic to Free but I keep getting an “Internal Server Error” message. Is this going to be fixed soon?

As I mentioned in the email, it’s showing an internal error message when users with more than 5 imported lessons are trying to downgrade. If you remove your imported lessons you should be able to downgrade properly. We’ll look at getting this error fixed.
