Didn't get charged for monthly membership

This month I was supposed to be charged on July 30, but it didn’t happen, and I also didn’t get any new points. Any idea what happened?

It looks like the payment was declined for some reason. The system will try again five days after the first failed transaction (which is a couple of days in your case), then if that is also unsuccessful it will make a 3rd attempt. It could be that your card expired or some other issue arose, but if it fails again we’ll contact you.

Thanks so much. That is the credit card I regularly use, so I know it is not expired. I’ve also made another paypal purchase within the last week. At any rate, I will wait (hey, that rhymes). Thanks again! :slight_smile:
