Deleted imported courses

I deleted the English language in the settings to reset my statistics, and now all the courses I had entered are gone. However, some of the course titles still appear in my library, but when I try to open them, it says the course doesn’t exist!

There are a few issues with my account, such as ghost courses and lessons, and I also can’t import any videos from YouTube.

Is it possible to completely delete my account and create a new one with the same email, and then have you reactivate Lifetime English for me?

Do you still have the same problem now? Sometimes when there is a lot of data in a language, it takes some time for it to fully reset.

I imorted thousands of lessons but as you see my imported lesson is 0.

I changed my public courses into private. isn’t this why my courses were deleted?

It seems that all the courses I had added — such as All Ears English, Everyday English, and ESL Pod — which contained thousands of lessons, have all been deleted.

Before I made these courses private, thousands of people had used them. Are these courses no longer available to anyone?

At the moment, since it’s no longer possible to import videos from YouTube and I can see distracted “ghost” lessons in the library, I think it would be fair to completely delete my current account and give me another English Lifetime account so that I can re-upload the courses as a librarian.

Please give me a clear answer on what you can do for me.

@kurdavar.h If you reset a language, that deletes your imports too, so yes, all your private courses were wiped out during the reset process.
Why are you unable to import from YouTube? What exactly happens if you try?
I can always move your English Lifetime plan to a different account, no problem with that if you prefer so.

on this topic i explained aboutmy problem with youtube.

It would be grate to move my lifetime account to my new account.

I made a new account and send you in p.m. please move my lifetime account to my new account.

And one more question: if I make a course I’ve uploaded public, will it still remain available after I reset my English progress, or will it be deleted?

@kurdavar.h If you reset a language, all date and all imports will be removed. Keep that in mind.

I changed my email address on this account and immediately make a new account with previous email address that i recently changed. Now I can’t access to my forum data😂

I will p.m you again as soon as yor system allow me and say my new account email. please don’t move lifetime plan to the email i send you (ku…..k@gmail.com) untill i send you a new p.m. in the new p.m i will say my new account email.
