Credit card charge does not match plan

My credit card statement shows a charge from LingQ on June 7th, 2023 for 75.54 USD despite my plan being scheduled to renew on November 28th, 2023. I am expect a full refund for this charge as it should not have happened.

I don’t see any payment on your account since Nov 28th, 2022. Do you (or your family member maybe?) have some other account?

It turns out somebody had borrowed my card and had auto-renewal on. Can you please remove auto-renewal from my account to make sure this doesn’t happen to me again?
