Conversation Refund

I booked a conversation with a tutor but he never confirmed the request. As the tutor never accepted and attended, it says that it has “expired.” I clicked on “Cancel and Refund Conversation” to be refunded 1000 points. However, an error message keeps popping up, and my points have not been added back to my account.
I know that the confirmation of conversations is a new feature, added in the update. However, it would be nice to have my points back at some point.

I am sorry to hear that. Which error message you get when you try to cancel and refund a conversation?
