Collection I created dissapeared from my Import area

I created a collection of Anne of Green Gables and imported
chapter 11 to share . After that it was consolidated in the
collection that had already been created. I think it is OK, but
the whole collecton I created in my Import area has disappeared
at the same time. It is inconvenient because I have no access to
the edit area. The quality of the audio I uploaded was not good,
so I would like to re-upload it.

Are you saying you had an imported collection for Anne of Green Gables and it disappeared from your account? Please confirm this so I can look into it.

Yes, it disappeared from my account.
I need to correct the information in the previous post, it was
chapter 10 that I uploaded into my collection of Anne of GG.
I noticed this when I was going to add a new item, chapter 11, and
then I had to create a new collection because the one I created
was not in my account.

I got confused about the meaning of “account”.
I meant it was the area that I import items from outside sources like
LibriVox or Gutenberg and I can make them share in the store.

We’ve figured it out! It looks like our content editor was confused when she saw chapter 10 in the Store in a different collection from the original Anne of Green Gables collection so she moved it to the original collection. I’ve now moved it back and you should see it in your collection once again. Sorry about that.:slight_smile:

Let me know if there are any more problems. In the future, we will make it so that you can add Items to an existing collection. At that time, we can then merge your chapters into the original collection while leaving the Items attached to your account.

Thank you for fixing it up. I can see chapter 10 in my collection now.
I thought it had been already merged into the original collection as you had mentioned before, but now I know it had not yet.
