Can't use uploaded audio file

I uploaded a text and audio file successfully, for my own use i.e. not shared. The text file is fine, but when I try to use the audio file I get this message “This webpage has a redirect loop.
The webpage at Login - LingQ has resulted in too many redirects.”

Can you tell me what to do to fix this, please?

Hi David,

I’m not sure what that is but it seems to be only happening to you. Why don’t you try removing the audio file and re-uploading it if you continue having that problem.

Alight, I deleted everything and then uploaded again and this time it works. Strange, but thanks, Mark.
