I’ve written a small paragraph, and the writing tool is counting 148 words and 493 points. I have 500 points in my current balance, but the system rejects my submission, asking me for more 23 points.
What’s wrong?

Hi Ana,
There is a slight difference between the visible word counter and the word counter in the system because the word counter on the page is trying to count words as you type it is slightly less accurate than the counter in the system. I apologize for this but for now you will just have to remove a few words to be able to submit your sample.
We will look into resolving this discrepancy in the future.
