I’ve have clicked “export all lingqs” from the website several times over the last few days and it says the file is sent to my email, but this hasn’t happened. It isn’t in the spam folder or anything like that. Has anyone has the same problem? Any advice?
Are you sure that you are looking in the correct email? I see that you have two LingQ accounts created.
Yes, I’ve checked and I think so. I’m looking in my gmail account but it’s not in any of the others either
Your account’s email address is the hotmail one. Did you check that one?
