Cannot reply on wallpost or send a new one

Hello,
I do not know whether other people have the same problem, but I received a private wallpost, and cannot reply. Endless toggle. Going to the profile, I cannot even send a message either it seems, The SEND button does not seem to work at all. I am using Google Chrome browser.

FYI: In Internet Explorer I could send the wallpost.

I am using Google Chrome too and everything seems to work normally for me. Can you please try to clear the cache, logout/login and try again? Thanks!

Yes, I did that, but I can only send a wallpost by ticking one of the options, translate, record audio etc. without the Send button is not active.
