The following course shows in my course list.
However it doesn’t exist.
It’s been deleted many days ago.

It appears as deleted on my end. Do you still see it in the continue studying shelf?

I guess it depends if you use read models in your system.
In which case if you have a read model for course list, and a separate one for the course, etc etc
Then it is likely something interrupted the process when it was deleting (or marking the entries as deleted) from the course list read model.
If your using CQRS, then maybe the entry for removal of item from course list wasn’t added for some reason.
Most likely there is a DB entry somewhere which wasn’t removed or marked as deleted.
Maybe a developer could have a look for something like that,
