Can no longer listen to legit audio, it is spelling the word instead of saying it etc

Hi,

I recently clicked on a word tonight (I am using LingQ on my desktop -default browser is google chrome) and it started acting extremely weird, instead of the default female voice I am using (I am studying mandarin Chinese by the way) it had a unfamiliar voice and it started to spell the word.

I tried logging out and back in and even trying swapping browsers to safari, but the problem still exists.

This is a big problem for me as it is now unusable and I use this every day.

I did check my phone and the phone does not have this problem, though I much prefer to use my desktop as it is 27" screen compared to my iPhone and my eyes are not so good any more.

I hope this problem can be fixed ASAP
