Can I add a dictionary?

@Superepic can you please send me direct URL for that dictionary?

@zoran If you are able to, I would love to have this dictionary added to Norwegian - LEXIN

https://www.infopedia.pt/dicionarios/polaco-portugues

@TomErikSmith Unfortunately that one can’t be support because it doesn’t include term in the URL.

@Superepic Thanks. I’ve added Polish > Portuguese combination to Infopedia dictionary.

Ah ok, that’s a shame, it’s a very good one.

Ah my bad, I had Korean as the dictionary language for that one. Since the names of the dictionaries are the same in LingQ I assumed they were the same in Korean and English. Thanks

im sorry for the inconvenience but the dictionary link you added (https://www.infopedia.pt/polaco-portugues/) gives the error 404, because it is missing the “/dicionarios/” in the sourse link, it should be with this link instead: “https://www.infopedia.pt/dicionarios/polaco-portugues/” if you could fix this I would be grateful.
many thanks

@Superepic Thanks, should be fixed now.

Could you add this icelandic-english dictionary as well ?

@jan32 That dictionary should already be available, are you not seeing it?

nope , there is just the Icelandic-Iceladic version of it , not the english one

@zoran Hi! Could you please add https://sozluk.gov.tr/ for the Turkish language? It’s from Turkey’s official language authority.

It provides definitions in Turkish, so there is no English translation. However, it provides transcription of how to read words of Arabic/Persian/etc origin, which is very helpful and is not available in any other dictionary online.

@FrostySun Unfortunately, we can’t support that dictionary. I can only add dictionaries that include a search term in the URL. Sorry.

@jan32 Islenskordabok dictionary exist for Icelandic > English combination too. Please take another look.

Could you please try this link Türk Dil Kurumu Sözlükleri where “hafif” is just random word to look up in a dictionary.
So basically it’s https[:]//sozluk.gov.tr/?ara={any word}

@FrostySun Thanks, that seems to work. Sozluk dictionary is now available for Turkish > Turkish combination.

islenkaordabok opens the icelandic-icelandic dictionary, not the english version, checked it both on app and website .

english version on enska.arnastofnun.is

icelandic version is on islenskordabok.arnastofnun.is

Thank you very much!
