Could you fix my streak please?

What happened was midnight happened during my flight and I had been using the app in offline mode. when I arrive and got wifi, it automatically started a new streak. It would be a huge blow if I couldn’t repair it.

For some reason my streak for spanish ended. I wasn’t prompted with the repair button either. I would’ve clicked it, as I had plenty of coins. Is my streak able to be fixed?

@Squareroot81is9 Your Spanish streak is active since August 2024, but it’s showing wrong number of days for some reason. Please continue working on it as usual, our developers will have it fixed in the meantime.

Could you repair my Turkish streak? The button didn’t occur and than I just continued learning so a new streak has started

@mcafi Sorry but your streak is inactive since August 16th, which is more than 1 day and can no longer be fixed.

Hi,

My streak broke for English yesterday. I clicked the repair streak button yesterday but my streak didn’t get fixed. I think it used my coins though. Now it’s been a couple days though because my streak didn’t get fixed and I didn’t get enough coins yesterday. Can you do anything about it?
