Today I tried to import from YouTube and couldn’t. It said I had to buy premium. Well I have premium. I was able to copy the link and import from www.LingQ.com but it’s horribly painful. This has happened before and I have no idea how to fix it. Suddenly import from YouTube has become more trouble than it’s worth.
From www.lingq.com I followed the instructions to import from YouTube and it said install the browser extension. Well I can’t because that does not work on iOS so you shouldn’t be misinforming users. I also saw instructions about dragging the video onto Finder. Well on an iPad I cannot do that so you shouldn’t be telling me to do things I can’t do, it confuses the user no end. In the end I pasted the link in and had to type in the title etc which is painful especially when there are lots of little videos to import, basically I’d rather use YouTube directly
Also when I finish a video and click on Finish it is not marked as finished. I have to click on that stupid “I know these words” dialog then exit. You’re making it harder and harder to use. When I finish a video, I have to click on so many buttons to exit that it’s ridiculous.
