Not sure if this is the right place or not. I signed up for LingQ on the monthly basis (I’m sure it even offered a month free, but I can’t be certain of that). Anyway, two months of payments were taken from my account within the space of a few days. A few weeks later I then got an email to say payment hasn’t been taken from my card to to some issue , so membership would expire. Because of this I paid for a 6 month membership last week. I just received an email saying my account has been downgraded as payment couldn’t be made (the money left my bank over a week ago).
