While in web version you can see the translation of the opened lesson, the ipad app doesn’t have it, so it’s less effective. it’s frustrating not to be able to see the translation of the content of the lesson to fix easier the memory of new words. currently in mobile app you’re forced to click on each word to see the translation making it very annoying. that’s a must have feature in the mobile application.
You can see the translation in Sentence View. It can be shown automatically if you activate that in settings.
Otherwise, this feature is planned for the iOS app in a future release.
