Kind of a surprising omission given they’ve got a couple languages I hadn’t even heard of.
Most of my knowledge about Australians and Australia stems from Crocodile Dundee and Masterchef so maybe I am not the best person to give you an answer. But my guess is that there is not a large Portuguese speaking community in Australia. Some of the more surprising languages are probably there because there are a large community of people speaking these languages.
