Any reasons for decline of LingQ forum Post?

Hi LingQ support,

I have posted twice on this forum, and twice my submissions have been supposedly declined without any further notice. If that is the case, I find it kind of rude without getting any form of response while being an active subscriber paying a fair amount of monthly fee.

Could you at least notify a user taking the time to write a forum that includes feedback possibly benefiting other users as well. I know my feedback was about lack of current system functionalities, but that should be a reason to accept the post instead of declining it.

Sorry to hear that, Robbert. In some cases when users mark your post as spam it gets delisted from the forum.
You should be able to post normally on the forum from now on, feel free to post your feedback or send it to support@lingq.com
