AI context-based translation Issue on Android and iOS Devices

I’m having an issue with AI context-based translation on my Android phone.

I don’t have any problems translating individual words, but when I try to translate a full sentence or a part of it, I get the following message “loading contact based translation…” all the time. I don’t have this issue on my PC browser.

Could you please help me with this? I use LingQ most of the time on my Android smartphone and I really like this feature.

I’ve also checked on my iPad and have the same issue on iOS. Thank you in advance

I’ve tried changing the primary dictionary to French, for example, but I still have the same issue on both Android and iOS.
The language I’m currently learning is English.

Chat GPT is having problems today. I cannot even load the site. I wonder if it is the source of the issue.

I don’t think so, I use ChatGPT without any issues on my PC during the whole day. Even the context-based translation feature works perfectly on my laptop’s browser. The issue only exists in the Android and iOS apps

ChatGPT is having issues on their end: “The engine is currently overloaded. Please try again later”, so issues are on the provider side. Hopefully, it will be back to normal soon.
