Add deepL to dictionaries

Hi, is there the possibility to add DeepL Translate: The world's most accurate translator to the dictionary. It´s similar to google translate, but I found it more accurate since it uses neural networks.

Sorry @Amurrioe, I tried but unfortunately DeepL dictionary isn’t compatible with our system.
