A better karaoke mode is needed (and possible)

When everything is highlighted, nothing is highlighted.

The current karaoke mode (on Android) is close to useless with long sentences/paragraphs (see image #2 below) because the highlighted area is the full paragraph and it can fill the whole screen, when not more.

The video #1 below is of a podcast I listen to with the Snipd podcast reader app. This is real karaoke mode. It’s not always word-level accurate, but it’s close enough to be useful and comfortable.

Yeah and i like to see a subtle translation option where you can ‘hover’ over a word and a bubble pops up with the definition and quickly disapears. It would really help us people with terrible short term memories. The sentence mode is nice but very clunky. Really only good for adding linqs. After that karoke mode is optimal unless youre stuck on a word
