I’m trying to import a lesson. I tried IE, FF and Safari. They all say 500 server error. Our you guys performing maintenance/upgrades?
I just imported two lessons and had no trouble. Firefox.
We’ve just pushed a recent upgrade. Can you try refreshing the Import page to see if this helps? Any other information you can give us would be very helpful in figuring out what might be going on.
i was trying to upload an audio that had an underscore (_) and a spanish letter in it. It wouldn’t work. When i renamed the file something simple it worked. Strange since the original file was named by whoever originally uploaded it.
Ah, in this case it’s fairly likely due to the spanish letter in the filename. Glad you got it figured out.
