I cancelled my subscription in October. Saw that it was cancelled and thought that was the end of it. But I was then charged in November and in December and now my bank account is showing I will still be charged in January. The app is showing my subscription will end in January, so it just keeps moving every month and I keep being charged. Anyone knows how to get a refund/money back for those 3 months and how to actually cancel? Many thanks.
